Pros
100$ if you refer someone to work at avril. Employees are being trained at many positions in the store making them very versatile. The CEO is adorable, very friendly and very often there to help, give and recieve feedbacks.
Cons
"Employee discount" basically you're paying regular retail price but can only use your point on your next purchase. No paied 15min breaks (still doesn't make sence to me). It gets very boring after a while. You're not allowed to speak english between employees, as told on my first day by the director of the store. Strict dress code & full time employees are only given 2 mandatory polos to wear. The app that they use to receive your schedule is absolutely not user friendly & mandatory if you want to know when you work.
