Pros
I've worked for this agency for a couple of years and enjoy the efforts being put into growth and development and staff. Management is supportive and wants to make sure the staff is doing well in their roles. I'm able to have helpful supervision and guidance with difficult clients.
Cons
The agency is new, so some areas are still being worked through which can move things along a little slowly at times. I would like to have the option of additional benefits that would support me in my future such as loan forgiveness, CEU's, and retirement.
