Some of the pros are the people are great here, the culture is progressive, and the firm has town hall every month that gives an update on how the firm is doing.
Cons
Like most accounting firms, some of the clients are terrible. Recently a bunch of the software has changed, which has been a challenge in keeping up with and keeping clients happy as we change software.

This is the best company out there to work for!!
Cons
Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
