      Great work life balance, good culture, great diversity in certain areas, unlimited DTO, flexible work environment and good management

      Cons

      Salary is significantly below standard for certain HR roles with little room for negotiation Not much diversity in certain offices

      Pros

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
