      Great culture, respectful environment, and the teams are strong. Company is supportive (99% of them) in promotions and individual development. The support and positive culture definitely comes down from the top.

      Cons

      Alot of work available which makes for great opportunities. Some internal red tape but not a lot.

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
