We encourage current and former employees to share their experience working for Apryse, whether positive or negative, but in no way encourage biased reviews. We want employees to be honest about their time at Apryse, so individuals looking to start a career with us can look at feedback objectively. These insights also help us improve our practices as an organization. We also encourage feedback through our internal eNPS/employee engagement survey and leadership is committed to taking action on the feedback from our team members. We are saddened you feel otherwise, as we are committed to maintaining high ethical standards and making improvements.
Regarding your comments about increases, during our annual performance review process, we evaluate each employee’s contributions and any merit increases given are based on performance and other criteria, whether they have been with us for under a year or have a longer tenure.
