Pros
I tried to think of pros, but all that came to mind were cons.
Cons
Initially, they will chase you relentlessly to hire you, calling constantly and making the opportunity sound amazing. But here's the problem: they will lie to you—literally put false information in the offer letter they send. They'll repeat these lies over the phone, reassuring you multiple times about salary, benefits, or job details.
Then, once you accept, everything changes overnight. Suddenly, they won't answer your calls or emails. You'll be left hanging with no information, no support, and no follow-through on what they promised.
The disrespect is unbelievable. You have to call them constantly just to get basic things done—things they should be handling. They'll ignore you, leave you in the dark, and show zero professionalism. You're essentially on your own, dealing with their broken promises and lack of communication.
Bottom line: They lie to get you in the door, then abandon you completely. Save yourself the headache and avoid them.
