Pros
I have been at Apta Health for over five years. I have to say this is the BEST place that I have ever worked, and I have worked at big insurance companies and small TPA's in the last 40 years. This company treats their employees like a part of the family. Everyone knows everyone from the very top down. The President and COO know you by name and they actually care about you. A prime example, a few years ago I lost my spouse, a very difficult time. However, in the time leading up to my spouse's passing and beyond, this company was here for me and helped me through it with their caring attitude. I would always get, "family comes first" and "what can we do to help? It meant so much to me and still does. I will forever be thankful to be part of this family. Aside from this company's caring attitude for all of their employees, we also have great benefits such as flexible work schedules, the ability to work from home, drinks (including caffeine products) - soda, coffee, snacks - all for FREE to employees, monthly fun activities, etc. This company also is always looking for services and products that make a difference for our current and perspective clients!!!
Cons
Right now, the only con for working here is just like many other companies, we can't all be in the workplace to be together as the family we are!!!
