Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and clarity from management and HR. The layoff process was handled very poorly. Employees were not properly informed or guided, and even basic procedures such as serving a notice period were not communicated clearly. There was a complete absence of transparency throughout the process. What upset me the most was not the layoff itself, but the way the management and HR behaved during this time. Despite repeatedly explaining my personal situation — including rent responsibilities and financial difficulties — there was no clear support or communication from the management side. The overall approach reflected a serious lack of empathy and accountability. As someone rightly said, the true quality of an organization lies in its people, and sadly, that was missing here.
