Pros
big company with lots of financial resources. Marketing budget was adequate and trade show presence was good for the particular time in the marketplace. Attempting to meet a challenging, changing industry.
Cons
changes in management and investors proved tricky. Differing goals and targets for all business heads were sometime in direct opposition which fostered an almost competitive environment internally.
