Pros
Electrical buisiness such as harness and all are good. That is the business Aptiv could keep up with. Good to get career break if you are not from recoganized brand. As you may be knowing Aptiv have some Adas project which will serve the org for next 2-3 years at least so this domain is good to join. Suggestion: Electrical: Join, its fine ADAS: Join for 3-4 year target Digital Cockpit: Better consider Valeo, Marally, Vistion, KPIT. Not a core business for Aptiv.
Cons
Fundamentally not a growth based organization, bidding and if getting project then shomehow completing. Mostly people from unknown startups to get career break. Needless to say its a polatical organization (by observing who are here since more then 10 years and a common pattern). Bad knowledge base overall. Will spoil the motivation and career if you would stay for 2 years of more. The organization may be able to mantain until 2028-29 after which further trimming could be happening due to only the culture.
