Thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We appreciate your feedback and we are glad that you think we have the right portfolio, products and people to success. While the last 3 years were about changing our strategy & adjusting technologies to win the market, we know that there is work to be done on adapting our culture. That said, in 2019, the executive leadership team sponsored by our CEO and CHRO, have initiated a massive culture project that is geared towards improving our corporate environment. Essential part of that has to do with the Aptiv values and behaviors – ultimately, we understand that the core values are critical if you want to create a long-lasting, and motivating place to work. That culture transformation happens over time with everyone in the company, and we are absolutely committed to make that change happen. Last but not least, to improve on our diversity, we have initiated a number of programs that are being rolled out throughout the company, and we are working with our employees to make diversity & inclusion a priority from now on.
