Pros

Good work life balance in European offices. Unless there are restructuring, work stability is good. Good opportunities for new graduates.

Cons

EDS division is not open to novelty. Job rotations are not organized and required by HR, one person can work for the same job for 20 years. Changing position within the company is treated like a resignation, it is frowned upon by managers and is rather difficult. Career plans are provided by team managers rather than HR Talent teams. Even you are high potential it's very low probability that you will be advised for another position by the company.

While we do not have a job rotation program, we encourage you to always talk to your supervisor and HR about your wishes about development and career progression. It is important to us that you as an employee take the initiative and tell us what you want. In the Aptiv Connected Service group has a great team dynamic. Good work life balance. Supportive management. Unlimited vacation.

Cons

Pay is low for the years of experience I have HR is unorganized IT is unhelpful
