Micro-management as you never experienced :). Unrealistic comments on your work. Example: Manager: Why you were not at XXXX meeting (at 8:00 AM)? Solutions Architect: Sorry, but I was not invited and the meeting was scheduled after I left last night. Manager: That is not acceptable. If you wanna work with us, you should attend in all meetings. lol
