Pros

-When they laid me off, they gave me more than the six months of severance that the employee handbook said. They gave ten months, so the extra four months came in pretty handy. -Relocated office to an Indianapolis suburb, so quite convenient for people who already lived there and were commuting to Kokomo -Hiring software engineers, so there may be a career path -Working from home during the pandemic worked better than many other companies -Interesting projects -Contentious Engineering coworkers, so this would be a good intermediate stepping stone as long as you don't expect more for your career

Cons

-Many of those that got laid off got little severance -No longer a career path for US-based electrical or mechanical design engineers, or manufacturing engineers -For US-based workers, there can be late night conference calls along with early morning calls to accommodate coworkers in China, India and Europe.

Pros

I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

Cons

The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
