You are part of a great family, I love that everyone including the higher ups recognize your potential and the hard work that you do everyday. You are appreciated everyday. There is not a day that goes by that you are not challenged and supported by your peers. Management is the best there here and that makes you feel better about coming to work everyday and showing them why they hired you in the first place.

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products
Cons
It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
