      Pros

      Huge incentives for all reps at individual and team level. A lot of room for quick advancement up the totem pole. Being surrounded by a team of positive individuals all with the same goal in mind.

      Cons

      Branch manager at my branch was new so it was a bit unorganized but he straightened it out and the rest of the summer went well.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
