Pros
Teamwork, LOTS of help, Direct Deposit, Remote. You actually matter at this company. You won't be stagnant, either. Learn the ropes at your first position, and you'll quickly get opportunities to move into other areas! Pretty decent pay, benefits, plenty of PTO (paid time off) to start, one unpaid personal day per quarter year, one paid personal holiday per year, paid holidays off. You manage your own paid breaks, but you balance those with duties off the phones (sending emails, contacting Service Pros or Area Managers, calling customers back). One hour lunch breaks per 8 hour shift.
Cons
Sometimes nobody is available during later shifts to help. Team meetings are entirely too short (30 minutes).
