      Pros

      No pros to this company - it is a "MLM scheme" that targets young individuals who are typically short on cash and in need of entry level opportunities. Be wary of their recruiters.

      Cons

      Aptive is a 'get rich quick' scheme. The only money to be made in this company is by recruiting others (∆). Do not trust advances from Aptive representatives - including friends and family.

      It's disappointing to hear that you don't recommend working at Aptive since there are many perks that include benefits (even pet insurance), snacks, soda machine, basketball court and game room, not to mention the number of company parties. Aptive has been ranked by Glass Door as one of the top 100 companies to work for and we are confident those who would like to work with us will see what a great opportunity it can be.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
