Pros

Working from home gives us a lot of freedom to do our own and kind of be our own boss. Great management/ supervisors within our department. Love that our team gets together weekly and monthly via google for meetings/ team parties.

Cons

Pay raises this year were not good at all. Little to no discussion about it. Did not matter if we were excelling at our job or no. I do not feel our department gets as noticed in meetings even though we are a big part of the company.

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
