- you will be assigned modules to take ownership - There will be a lot of learning - They have their own saas product - salary always credited on time - your ideas will be listerned and considered - there will no micro management

- lak of senior engineers - you will randomly told to change the tech stack and work on - lak of future direction and goal - weekend works - employees will be told to resign with minimal notice like 15-45 days

There were 3 teams in our branch. One was developement, one was devops , one was data anatlyics. If you were in devops or data analytics you could learn a lot.

No cons as such but due to budget constraints company branch at Kerala had to shut down.
