I’ve been working at Aptsol for over a year now and have had a very positive experience. The leadership encourages learning, newbie developers get good mentorship, and the culture is fairly collaborative. There’s also decent work/life balance, especially for a startup-environment. If you’re looking to grow your skills and be part of a team that cares about your development, this is a solid place to join.

Workload can increase during project delivery deadlines. Processes are still improving as the company grows. Limited on-site opportunities (depends on project).
