Good work place - Software Developer Aptsol Global Tech Employee Review

I’ve been working at Aptsol for over a year now and have had a very positive experience. The leadership encourages learning, newbie developers get good mentorship, and the culture is fairly collaborative. There’s also decent work/life balance, especially for a startup-environment. Workload can increase during project delivery deadlines. Processes are still improving as the company grows. Limited on-site opportunities (depends on project).

Training is ok in this institute and mainly testing training is ok

Worst they will take 2.5 Lakh amout for the company for deployment in HCL firstly they will say who is good at training they will deploy in to HCL but finaly they charge 2.5L Total: Training+ job (1.8+2.5)=4.3L finaly they will show job for only 5 in 40, who is closely to training Admin department
