Pros

The company fosters a supportive and inclusive culture with abundant learning opportunities. I had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, including those in AI and Data Engineering.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be challenging at times, but it also encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Working across multiple projects simultaneously requires strong time management, which has helped me develop valuable multitasking and prioritization skills.

Pros

None worth mentioning, unless you're okay with a toxic, insecure, and gossip-driven workplace.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement from the CEO, who involves himself unnecessarily in trivial matters and expects constant updates—even on internal team conversations. - A highly toxic work culture that thrives on gossip, favoritism, and fear. HR is complicit and lacks professionalism. - Salaries are delayed, and in some cases, **cut without any prior notice or transparency**. - No respect for employee boundaries. You may be pulled into the cabin and questioned over harmless conversations or tone. - Leadership lacks vision, maturity, and basic people management skills. - Poor ethical standards at the top. Relationships between leadership and HR have caused conflicts of interest. - High attrition, forced exits, and zero support during tough times.

We acknowledge the review shared, but we strongly reject its tone and the narrative built around it. We believe it is cowardly to make anonymous, exaggerated, and factually incorrect claims — especially after spending over three years in the organization. If your experience was genuinely as negative as described, it raises a basic question: why stay that long, if not for the opportunities and learning you did gain? We welcome constructive feedback. We do not welcome malicious, gossip-driven comments full of falsehoods, intended only to tarnish reputations and demoralize teams working hard to build something meaningful. Just as we don’t abandon our families or vilify them in public during difficult times, we expect the same maturity when speaking about an organization that has contributed to your career and growth. Honest feedback helps improve culture. Reckless blame only reveals character. Aptus Data Labs continues to: Work with global clients across industries including Pharma, BFSI, Supply Chain, and Technology. Deliver cutting-edge platforms in Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Governance, and Real-time Analytics. Provide a launchpad for professionals to work on enterprise-grade innovation. Be recognized by Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix as a Specialist in Data & AI. We take pride in our journey, our people, and the culture we continue to build — with integrity, transparency, and accountability. If you have real concerns, bring them forward respectfully, with facts. But if the intent is to harm through lies, hiding behind anonymity, we will not validate that behavior. We stand by our values — and we stand by our people.
