      The people are awesome to work with

      Cons

      Working at Aptys was like working in the 1950's. The CEO is a dictator and the employees spend so much time trying to produce exactly what he was looking for that it was impossible to move forward. Also, in the 9 months I was there, my product direction changed 4 times with me having no say at all. It is a very dysfunctional company.

      Pros

      From my perspective, no micromanaging going on. There are some growing pain, but taking positive steps to get through those.

      Cons

      Can be hard to find time to meet with others for help, but most are willing to help and will make time.
