I’ve been working at Aquatech for the last 7 years. It is an environment that teaches you all the necessary skills of success. You are working at a high pace environment where you are constantly learning and growing as you go. You are exposed daily to new and upcoming projects in the construction industry where you wouldn’t experience at most organizations. People are working together in groups and assuring that everything is done in the best way possible. The challenges you face in different situations of different projects, helps establish your character, knowledge and confidence. You are constantly supported by upper management and have guidance in areas where you may not feel comfortable. Aquatech gives you the opportunity to progress further in not only your knowledge but in your career. Your efforts here never go unseen or unappreciated and you are always being supported in everything you do.
Cons
Not many cons to mention. The only con that can be thought of is if you lack personal effort, motivation and discipline you may find it hard to keep up with the fast paced demanding environment.
