Pros
A strong group of senior people, we won every pitch over a 1 year period. Using agile/scrum/atomic design/co creation model, creative work was produced alongside developers and clients saw results very quickly. A fantasticly well organised small group. an open environment where it was clear what others were working on, what was coming up and lessons learnt from older projects. It's the best place I've worked
Cons
Creative director was regularly unavailable. There isn't much professional support. Younger/less experienced people would struggle and I think they would benefit from having a structure where younger developers and designers had a chance to learn from more experienced people.
