Good offshore crew. Meet a lot of characters. Jobs can be challenging and fun occasionally.

Time off isn't scheduled. Pay is low for the whole diving industry. Right to work state. Gulf employees make less than California counterparts. Office bureaucracy is annoying.

Aqueos is a good old boy network, if you are in you are golden. If you know that going in and you can BS your way around, it might work for you. You can miss work because you are too drunk destroy hotel rooms and still keep your job.

All of the core values are gone. Safety was one of them, not so much anymore. It's who can we nail to the cross on this one. They have had several pay cuts along the way. They work on fear. If you work in the field be prepared to cancel important life events such as you wedding etc. if they need you better drop everything. Most if not all good and talented people who work there have left or planning to leave.
