First company in Asia i worked for that didn't do micro mangement. It is all about the results and what you deliver on the job. There are high expactations to you, but also lots of trust. It is a very nice working environment with a fast pace. The people working at Aquient are some of the greatest and nicest people I've worked with. Lots of encouragement and compliments that will drive your willing to work harder and learn on your journey. Great and inspiring managers that you can look up to and who can push your limits. It is an interesting industry to work in and the services the company provides drives your willingness to learn new areas continuously. Can def recommend to work here.
Cons
If you like to follow standard procedures like it is done at many large corporations it may not be the right place for you. It is a start up with a fast pace and operational changes will occur. In contrast, you have a voice that management care about and will listen to you.
