The company is undergoing rapid global expansion so the US coders are being treated very poorly. I stayed with this company and turned down many higher paying positions due to the incredible company culture and wonderful management. Unfortunately the company focus has changed and they have made my job increasingly difficult. We audit more than anyone. We have a rolling audit, you can get a chart any day and have to address it when you log in to work. You don't get a preliminary audit score because you are addressing your audit charts one-by-one as soon as it is reviewed by the auditor. The Education team is terrible and makes mistakes on presentations regarding guidelines. The new Audit Manager is an authoritarian nightmare. Basically, we went from being treated like humans to being treated like numbers. The culture went from nurturing to US vs THEM.
