The whole point of this program is to set you into a role after your first year, many people leave because of no work/life balance (expect to work 55-60 hour weeks), more leave because of bad directors. If you decide to grind it out and make it to the end of the year to try to transfer accounts you will be hit by the reality that for some reason many accounts will deny you just based on the fact that you are an A2L, they won't look at your resume or even consider you. If you get an offer in a line of business that you aren't sold on being a long term career, do not take it, they do not make it easy to switch regardless of what the recruiter tells you.
