Pros

Days off and benefits are good.

Cons

I have been in delivery for over 13 years, this is the most poorly managed, unethical company I have ever worked for. Invoices are never right, you never get the product you need for your route and then management blames you for not have everything delivered to you. Prices keep increasing and then you are in trouble when customers want to quit because of such big increases. I have never had a day when I received all uniforms and other product needed to do my job. I am a proficient driver and with this company it seems like I'm in trouble for wanting to do my job ethically and proficiently. It's like the company wants me to be ok with doing a half fast job, they just don't want my accounts to know that I am. They want me to lie and scam and cheat accounts out of whatever I can get away with. Then if the account notices the company blames you and you get in trouble. It's always a lose lose situation working for this company. You can never do anything right. If you take false charges off of invoices for accounts the company is not happy, if you leave the charges on the company is happy until accounts say something, and then the company threatens to fire you. I have never been so worried about losing my job on a daily basis because of wanting to do my job proficiently. It's so backwards working for this company. If it were not for the benefits I would have gone back to my previous employer who was honest and ethical with both accounts and employees.

Pros

Working as a Lead Barista has been a rewarding experience that has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The role has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while allowing me to mentor and support team members. I enjoy creating positive customer experiences, managing daily operations, and ensuring high standards of quality and service. The fast-paced environment has taught me how to multitask effectively, stay organized, and work under pressure. This position has also provided valuable experience in training staff, inventory management, and team collaboration. Overall, being a Lead Barista has been an excellent opportunity to develop skills that are transferable to leadership and project management roles.

Cons

While being a Lead Barista has provided valuable leadership and customer service experience, the role can be challenging at times. The fast-paced environment often requires managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including customer service, beverage preparation, inventory management, and team support. Staffing shortages and high customer volume can create stressful situations, especially during peak hours. The position also requires long periods of standing, frequent lifting, and maintaining energy throughout the shift. Additionally, balancing leadership responsibilities with daily operational tasks can be demanding, particularly when addressing customer concerns or training new employees while meeting service expectations
