      Good healthcare and vacation leave is good after many years of experience.

      Cons

      Full time in office. Raises are less than standard for industry and don’t keep up with inflation.

      They took a chance on me when I didn't have any prior experience.

      Cons

      Contract workers aren't offered PTO at all. Management changes constantly, so expectations are always shifting. High turnover for recruiters.
