      Pros

      a decent pay check. The customer are great. Most of those who work hand in hand from Corp with CSRs are amazing!

      Cons

      The "branch manager" who was in charge of my branch did not even care about the whole branch. Only the sales part.

      good people at the individual locations accommodating to parents

      incompetent leadership leading to loss of customers and damage to the industry. corporate stagnation that fails to meet the needs of the customer base.
