As it is a small company, there are deficiencies in many areas. Mainly related to people, career and benefits management. Sometimes you have to work in other areas that are not your responsibility to help deliver tasks. People are overloaded with tasks were not meant to be theirs. Sometimes they prefer to blame the guilty and show their mistakes instead to show how they can improve and develop their deficiencies and become better professionals. They're expected you have a certain personal profile at some positions. If your profile is different, management will take actions to mold you to the profile they expect.
