Pros
Choice of either travel or staying at one location to work.
Meeting various levels of management at hospitals for future positions.
Networking.
Cons
Base salary is nothing to brag about and commission is NOT paid as promised. When discussions do arise, the run around is given - this comes from EVP, Directors, etc. What it boils down to is, if you get it be happy but get used to living on peanut butter and jelly.
All employees live on pins and needles and worry that they will be the next to get let go. This tends to happen if you disagree with people.
80% + turnover since AIM came to company
Training is a waste of time and the trainer is not knowledgeable.
Very difficult to get responses from Corporate when issues arise.
Expected to give up you life to work this job.
Respect is not shown!!!!
Most of the people at the company came from our competitor AIM. They tell you how great it was and what they did. Arbor and AIM are two different companies but I do not believe they know how to separate the two.
Positions are not posted within. All AIM people have the weight and receive all of the positions without others having the opportunity to apply if interested.
