      Just the fact that you don't have to be in office 5 days a week with those people

      Horrible management at all levels, real bottom of barrel sales team ... Similar to the Vegas mortgage brokers on The Big Short. Worst career decision ever as totally misrepresented role.

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
