Pros
Great company, I have perhaps one of the best team leads in the company, extremely knowledgeable, very capable, yet easy to talk to. The borrowers I work with are interesting, and there is a lot to learn with what you do day to day. Work is interesting, although can get repetitive, really, about my only gripe. Great benefits for a private company (no deductible health insurance is huge), vision, dental, etc. Good starting time off Hybrid office/WFH is great Overall, an excellent place to work.
Cons
Dental insurance is expensive from what I've had previously, but health insurance is cheaper, tradeoff I guess. 401k match is weak, investment options are garbage, and fees are high. Need to be with Vanguard of Fidelity.
