      Lots of loans come through. Semi-flexible on RTO.

      Cons

      Loans are chaotic. Management and culture are horrible. It is a fraternity. Individuals are not important. Benefits are unbelievably bad.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
