      Manager is very knowledgeable and supportive. He doesn’t get mad if an error is made. He will tackle issues head-on and help to resolve issues without making you feel bad about the error. Flexible - once the work is done. Does not micromanage and leaves you to take ownership of your deals but is there if you need help. Great summer and holiday events for employees

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
