Few years ago, this company was family-oriented, heard your concerns while providing solutions, worked as a well-oiled machine! Pre-COVID, we would have company events, dinners, and free snacks in the kitchen. Making genuine connections with sales team and department. Master multitasking skills, learning about trees, and connecting with a lot of great clients! Great benefits

I would not recommend working here, in all departments. HR here is a complete disaster along with all the other departments. There is no type of structure here and a high turn over rate. Several people have left within the same week, if not, the next. This is including all of our top sales team and president. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is. There is no culture and hardly any diversity here - There once was, but ever since we got sold, it seems like they're "promotions" are racially motivated. So if that are factors that you look for within a company, apply elsewhere. All of the leaders are white. This position takes on A LOT of workload with little to compensate the way you should be. They continue to pile on the work, even if you're overwhelmed. They say they "appreciate" you, but are meaningless words when it comes down to it. All corporate management does is point fingers instead of creating solutions.
