Management micro managed & has favorites even if they don't perform. Its one of the worst run companies that I've ever seen! Don't waste your time because you'll go home frustrated every day because they won't provide you with the authority or financing to truly fix problems. They always want to put a band aid on everything. They will not buy common parts to have on hand. We get blamed for not keeping things repaired & they won't buy parts in advance! Are they going to close the plant???
