The employer is amusingly respectful and gives us our own space. They don't micromanage or annoy with multiple corrections. You sick? You can take leave and they won't poke your or act like you are suspect. Is the best employer I have worked with. Salary on date without due
Cons
No ef or pf. Have to write 3000 words per day. For some it might be easy but for some it may be impossible task. But if you can write 3K words per day, you can take rest the rest of the day. No additional works. But salary will be detected if you didn't complete 3000 words per day.
