With regards to 'standing the entire day' I imagine this is from working on the bar, betting stand or waiting on - hospitality and catering is very hands on and tiring but very rewarding in a variety of ways. Unfortunately, working long hours does come with the territory in hospitality, however, we ensure that our staff have appropriate break times and often have welfare managers on-site to check up on our team continously.
