Great social community and good work environment on non-weekend shifts, afterwork drinks, staff night outs. Staff discount is also a nice bonus and generous (30% drinks and 40% food) as it saves you plenty of money and you can use it at any ARC venue + three friends

Long hours, low pay for the work you do, favouritism and cliquey atmosphere at times. Certain members of head office overstepping boundaries and bossing people about even though it's not their venue and their role is merely observing, therefore creating an intimidating atmosphere when they are at the venue; same certain head office members will throw you under a bus for a sale instead of having your back as an employee
