Pros
they had an advantaged technology in imaging, have tried many alternative markets to capitalize on the technology, the technology team in China had developed leading edge imaging technologies in the past but how to capitalize it beyond the smartphone market?
Cons
management, that is really just the ceo, is totally unfocused, no senior management supporting team, confusing office policies, no growth potential for the us staff (come to think of it, no growth potential for the entire company).
