9yIt should be noted that while it is true we were acquired in January, we have worked hard to retain our company culture. This is clear in the list of "Pros" in this review. About a year ago, all employees were given the opportunity to give their feedback to senior management one-on-one and the consistent theme was a "lack of feedback". We recently appointed team leads (not managers) to help provide some of that feedback. We are also in the process of hiring an Engineering Manager for the Florianópolis office so that the level of feedback and development will be what our staff is asking for and deserves.
We take these reviews seriously and work hard to respond not only to the comments but to the situations that are creating them. Thanks to the reviewer for speaking up!
