The company was acquired a few months ago and initially, it shouldn't change the culture. Previously, we were self-manageable team, which is great, but now, they created managers role which is very useless. We should have inspiring leaders/conversation, not boring ones.
The company should avoid IBM/HP culture and be more like Google / Facebook. Otherwise, the best developers will leave the company.
There are not many restaurants around so we usually go to the same place, everyday.
