Mistreated - Project Designer Arcadis Employee Review

It seems that ever since the merger happened within Arcadis, processes within architecture began to suffer. Management seems disconnected with staff's project involvement. Many times where I was either left with too much or too little to do. Was there for over a year, never received one work review and management kept changing so I was unable to receive good professional development. Then at the end, I was laid off because I was deemed redundant despite being involved with multiple projects and feeling busy. I've never felt so mistreated in my entire professional working career. It seems that Arcadis views employees more as numbers than investments. Only focused on the bottom line rather than long-term growth strategies.
