The work is interesting and there are opportunities to make a positive difference in the world. The company has decent work life balance.
Cons
I have been here for nearly 3 years and the entire time performance has lagged competitors and the stock price has been hammered. Compensation has fallen off over the last two merit cycles and is now at the point where it is not keeping up with the market nor competitors in a strong job market. Many talented people have left for higher salaries.
