Pros
Can't really think of any except some people are really hard workers, the ones that are never recognized for their skills and the ones that have the Vice President take credit for their work. The company benefits are equal to other engineering firms, nothing impressive.
Cons
The company does not care what goes on in the offices, they just care about meeting your chargeable goals and getting jobs. Such a shame, good employees are leaving everyday and nothing changes. Unprofessional and low moral atmosphere.
